Community Children’s is pleased to announce we now have a team of fellowship-trained providers providing specialized orthopedic and sports medicine care designed for growing bodies.

Children need different care than adults to support their developing bodies, such as treatment that takes their growth plates into account. Our pediatric orthopedists treat infants to young adults with conditions of the bones, muscles and joints—ranging from simple fractures and sports injuries to bone tumors, mild deformities like intoeing, or more complicated issues like club feet or hip dislocations in children with cerebral palsy. Our providers use a full range of non-operative approaches, as well as operative treatments when they are necessary. Pediatric orthopedics are provided through a collaboration with Seattle Children’s and the University of Utah Health – Primary Children’s Hospital.
